      <description>Location: Hayes | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Temporary | SEN Teaching Assistant - ARP (Autism &amp; Communication Needs) | Tradewind Recruitment   Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a supportive mainstream primary school to recruit a dedicated  SEN Teaching Assistant  to join their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP).  This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Autism (ASC) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) in a structured, nurturing environment that bridges specialist support with mainstream education.   The Role:  You will work within the ARP supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access learning, develop communication skills, and build independence. You will also support pupils during integration into mainstream classrooms, ensuring they feel confident and supported in a wider school setting.
