Have you worked in an Alternative Provision (AP) or a Specialist School? We are looking for a high-calibre Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant to join one of our mainstream primary schools in tKS2 from November for the remainder of the academic year.The RoleThis is a critical role supporting across Year 4,5 and 6. This role will entail working with small groups of children from each class who are currently working below working average. We are seeking a strong, resilient practitioner who can balance the academic demands of the KS2 National Curriculum with the high level of emotional regulation these pupils require.You will be a key figure in providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where "brave learning" can take place.Requirements and QualificationsWe are looking for a specialist.
