You may be working on a 1:1 basis, supporting small intervention groups, or assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help pupils access the curriculum, develop confidence, build positive relationships and achieve their individual goals. Successful candidates will demonstrate patience, resilience and a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.Previous experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential.
