Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a SEND ARP within a mainstream primary school in Ruislip.This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, patient and proactive LSA who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential.Role DetailsLocation: RuislipRole: SEN LSASetting: SEND ARP within a mainstream primary schoolStart: ASAPContract: Full-time, long-termPay: 95- 115 per day PAYEExperience: SEN experience requiredThe RoleYou will work closely with the ARP team to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, both within the specialist provision and, where appropriate, alongside their mainstream peers.Your responsibilities will include:Providing 1:1 and small-group supportSupporting pupils with their learning and developmentHelping pupils develop communication and social skillsSupporting emotional regulation and positive behaviourFollowing individual support plans and EHCP targetsCreating a calm, safe and nurturing environmentWorking closely with teachers and other professionalsEncouraging pupils to develop independence and confidenceThe Ideal CandidateWe''re looking for someone who is patient, nurturing, resilient and adaptable, with previous experience supporting children with SEND.Experience with Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, sensory needs, complex needs or behavioural needs would be highly desirable.We would welcome ..... full job details .....
