This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a genuine difference to pupils with additional needs and wants the security of a full-time, long-term role rather than short-term day-to-day work. You will be supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). The role will involve helping pupils to engage with learning, develop communication and independence, regulate emotions and get the most from their school day.
