A supportive 2 form entry primary school in Leigh is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. This role is specifically focused on supporting a child in Reception with additional learning needs, ensuring they have a positive and inclusive start to their school journey.  The Role  This is a 1:1 position where you will become a consistent, calming presence for a single pupil. Your primary goal is to bridge the gap between the child''s individual needs and the classroom environment, helping them access the EYFS curriculum at their own pace.
