This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a genuine difference to pupils with additional needs and wants the security of a full-time, long-term role rather than short-term day-to-day work. You will be supporting pupils with a range of complex needs , including Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) . The role will involve helping pupils to engage with learning, develop communication and independence, regulate emotions and get the most from their school day.
