The RoleWe are seeking TAs who are:Experienced in supporting children with SENDConfident in adapting to different needs and routinesProactive and able to use their initiative in the classroomLocal to the Hodge Hill area or able to commute easily Your day-to-day work will involve:Supporting pupils with severe and complex needs in small groups or on a 1:1 basisAssisting the class teacher with tailored activities and learning tasksHelping pupils with communication, engagement, and personal developmentContributing to a positive, safe, and structured learning environment Working PatternThis role is offered as daily supply, giving you flexibility.
