The school is committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and aspirational environment where every student is supported to achieve their full potential and develop the skills they need for adult life.This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and making a meaningful difference every day.About the RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:Support students aged 11-19 with complex learning difficulties, including SLD and PMLD, both in and out of the classroom.Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver personalised learning programmes.Encourage student participation, engagement, and independence in learning activities.Provide support with communication, social development, sensory needs, and life skills.Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities.Support students with personal care and medical needs where required, following appropriate training and guidance.Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning ..... full job details .....
