As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will support students either one-on-one or in group settings throughout the school day. You will work with children who have identified SEN needs. Your role will involve supporting pupils in the classroom, participating in specialist mentoring sessions, and assisting during some break times. Some students may exhibit more challenging behaviours, and the school will provide training in effective interventions and strategies.
