They focus on nurturing their participation and building their confidence to enhance their overall learning experience.Role and Responsibilities:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a team of professionals, including a SEN Teacher and other SEN Teaching Assistants. Your primary role will be to support the pupils on a 1-1 or in small groups, providing encouragement and nurturing support throughout the day.
