This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience in Special Educational Needs who is confident supporting learners with ADHD and managing challenging behaviour. About the Role You will work on a one-to-one basis with a female student who requires consistent support to access learning, regulate emotions, and engage positively in the school environment. You will play a vital role in helping the student develop confidence, independence, and strategies for managing behaviour. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one support to a student with ADHD and additional needs. Use a calm, patient, and proactive approach to help manage challenging behaviour. Support the student in accessing classwork and maintaining engagement in lessons. Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to implement tailored strategies and interventions. Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Record observations and contribute to support plans when required.
