This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who require tailored support to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs Support pupils with EHCP targets and personalised learning plans Assist with communication strategies (including visual supports and alternative communication systems) Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation Support personal care where required Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with children or adults with SEN (school-based or care setting) A patient, resilient and nurturing approach Strong communication and teamwork skills An understanding of safeguarding ..... full job details .....
