Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support Year 6) Location: The Grange School, Runcorn Employer: The Supply Register Contract Type: Starting Monday - On Going Salary: £85 £95 per day (depending on experience) Join Our Team at The Grange School! We re looking for a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the wonderful team at The Grange School.In this rewarding role, you ll be providing 1:1 support to a Year 6 pupil, helping them to thrive academically and emotionally within a nurturing primary school environment. What You ll Be Doing Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 6 pupil with additional learning needs. Work closely with the class teacher to adapt lessons and resources to suit individual learning styles. Encourage and support the pupil s social, emotional, and academic development. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment in line with the school s values. Assist with behaviour management strategies when needed. What We re Looking For Experience working with children or young people (ideally in a school or SEN setting). An understanding of supporting pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties. A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Why Join The Supply Register?
