As part of our exclusive talent pool, you will have the opportunity to support students across both primary and secondary settings on a flexible basis.Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans to meet individual needs.Help students stay engaged and focused in lessons.Support behaviour management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.Assist with students emotional and physical well-being when required.Report any concerns to the appropriate school staff. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is essential.Enhanced DBS: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).Passion for Education: A strong commitment to supporting students with SEN.Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
