The successful candidate must have substantial experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly within secondary school settings with primary school experience advantageous. This role requires a confident, resilient, and nurturing individual who can build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and supporting both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
