You will work as part of a skilled, multidisciplinary team to deliver a rich, functional, and communicative curriculum focused on independence, personal autonomy, life skills, and social relationships. Key Responsibilities Assist the class teacher in delivering highly personalised activities that align with individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCP goals. Support pupils'' communication through the schools Total Communication philosophy, helping them to express themselves and be understood. Facilitate development of functional life skills, such as self-care, social interaction, and leisure activities. Aid in mobility, physical, and sensory support where needed, in cooperation with specialist staff (therapists, nurses, etc.).
