All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and require tailored support to help them achieve both academically and personally.As this role may involve working across different schools and provisions, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.Key Responsibilities:Support pupils with Autism, SEMH needs, and additional learning needs, including those who may display challenging behaviours.Deliver tailored interventions to meet individual EHCP targets.Adapt classroom activities and learning resources to suit a range of abilities.Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and personal development.Work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide consistent, high-quality support.Build positive relationships that encourage ..... full job details .....
