The school is committed to providing high quality education and support, with a strong focus on nurturing children with additional needs.The school is looking to take on a full time, long term SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a KS1 classroom. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be supporting children with a range of additional needs, helping to deliver tailored interventions and ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the school day.The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly within KS1• A strong understanding of supporting children with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD or SEMH• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills• A patient, caring and adaptable approach• A can-do attitude and willingness to support across the classroomIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of ..... full job details .....
