The school provides a specialist learning environment focused on supporting pupils with their educational, social and emotional development.The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Behaviour / Complex Needs Teaching Assistant on a full-time, temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Behaviour / Complex Needs Teaching Assistant will support pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis, assist with managing challenging behaviour, implement positive behaviour strategies and work closely with teaching staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment.The successful Behaviour / Complex Needs Teaching Assistant will have: A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or training in ALN, desirable but not essential Experience supporting children or young people ..... full job details .....
