The school supports pupils across mixed Key Stages and provides a specialist environment focused on meeting individual learning, developmental and SEMH needs.The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis with an ASAP start. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils across different age groups, work closely with teaching and support staff, and provide consistent individual and classroom support tailored to each pupil''s additional needs.The successful Teaching Assistant will have: Experience supporting children or young people with SEND Experience with Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs Confidence working across different age groups and Key Stages Strong communication and relationship-building skills A patient, resilient and adaptable approach In return for the above you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available ..... full job details .....
