The school is looking to appoint a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant from September 2026 until July 2027. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be supporting KS2 pupils with Autism / ASD and ADHD, providing both classroom and targeted intervention support, while helping to manage challenging behaviours and encouraging engagement in learning.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children with Autism / ASD and ADHD
• Previous experience working within a primary school environment
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to support challenging behaviours
• A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
