The school provides a supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their independence, confidence and individual abilities. The school is looking to take on an SEN Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will support pupils with complex needs throughout the school day and must be confident managing challenging behaviour while providing consistent, patient and positive support.
