This largely populated school boasts fantastic sport facilities and offers opportunities outside of lessons to promote students engagement, to help them flourish personally and academically.The school is looking to take on an engaging Teaching Assistant / TA on a long-term basis, leading to a potential permanent position for the right Teaching Assistant / TA. The successful candidate will be working Monday, Thursday and Friday in the Special Resource Base / SRB unit of the school. They will be working closely with the class teacher to best support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour. Experience working with children with special educational needs / SEN is desired. This role is a great chance to gain plenty of experience to help build your CV.
