Are you a patient and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant who can build strong relationships?  Do you have a passion for supporting primary aged pupils with additional needs?  TeacherActive is proud to be working with a primary SEND provision in Selly Oak, Birmingham, which has been rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED. The school promotes an inclusive and nurturing environment, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including SEMH and ASD.  The school is looking to take on a SEND Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis, with the potential to become long term for the right SEND Teaching Assistant. You will be supporting primary aged pupils with mixed needs, working closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support, manage behaviours, and encourage engagement in learning.
