You will provide additional support to pupils who require help accessing the curriculum, regulating their emotions, developing their independence and engaging positively with school.As SEND Support Staff, you could be working 1:1 with an individual pupil, supporting small-group interventions or providing additional classroom support across KS1 and KS2.
