The school is looking for a supportive and enthusiastic individual who can help pupils feel confident, engaged and included within the classroom.The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will primarily support children in Year 6 with EHCP plans, providing targeted support to meet their individual needs, alongside general classroom support when required.The successful Teaching Assistant will have:• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable• Experience supporting children with additional needs and EHCP plans• Experience working with children within a primary school setting• A good understanding of Key Stage 2 / KS2 and the needs of Year 6 pupils• A patient, positive and supportive approach• The ability to work effectively with the class teacher and wider school teamIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of ..... full job details .....
