We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Poole on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs and learning difficulties , helping them to access the curriculum, develop their confidence and achieve their individual goals. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with varying learning difficulties and additional needs. Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible learning activities. Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
