Teach South seeks a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant in Poole, paying £500–£550 weekly. Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional learning needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Poole on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs and learning difficulties, helping them to access the curriculum, develop their confidence and achieve their individual goals.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with varying learning difficulties and additional needs.
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible learning activities.
Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
Adapt your approach to meet individual pupils' needs.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers.
Assist with classroom activities and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Follow individual education and support plans where required.
