The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will provide dedicated support to pupils with additional needs, helping them to engage with learning and make positive academic, social and emotional progress. The school has a strong focus on inclusive education and is looking for a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant who can work confidently alongside teachers and other support staff. You may be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, within small groups or as part of the wider classroom team.
