This full-time Teaching Assistant position involves supporting a small SEND class of approximately 6-8 children with complex needs, including Autism, Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties (SLCD), and children who are non-verbal. The successful Teaching Assistant will play a vital role in supporting pupils'' learning, communication, independence and emotional development, helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment tailored to individual needs.The school is a specialist setting in Hounslow, supporting children with a range of additional learning needs through a personalised and structured approach to education.
