This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them develop their confidence, independence and learning.The setting is a well-established children''s centre in Acton, providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for young children and their families. The centre has a strong community focus and a supportive staff team who work closely together to ensure children receive the individual care, learning and SEN support they need. Staff are encouraged to create engaging learning opportunities through play while providing a safe, stimulating and positive environment.The successful Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant will be confident supporting children with a range of SEN and additional needs, both individually and within small groups.
