This SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting a small group of KS1 pupils with additional needs, including Autism (ASD) and ADHD. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent, personalised support and help pupils access learning in a positive and structured environment. You will play an important role in supporting pupils'' communication, behaviour, confidence and independence.
