About the Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children with a range of SEND needs, working both one-on-one and in small groups. You will assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment where every student is encouraged to thrive. This will include supporting with learning activities, promoting emotional and social development, and working closely with the class teacher and other school staff.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working with children, preferably in a SEND setting.
• A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to working with students.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable.
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the welfare of children.
