Contract:andnbsp;Full-time or part-time (flexible days)
Pay:andnbsp;andpound;89.05 andndash; andpound;110 per day
Hours:andnbsp;School hours (usually 08:30 andndash; 15:30)

Weandrsquo;re currently looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary and secondary schools acrossandnbsp;Haywards Heath and nearby areas. This is a great opportunity for someone whoandrsquo;s passionate about helping children with additional needs succeed in the classroom.

Whether youandrsquo;ve worked in education before or are looking to start something new, weandrsquo;d love to hear from you. Youandrsquo;ll be working closely with pupils who need extra supportandmdash;either one-to-one or in small groupsandmdash;and helping to create a calm, inclusive learning environment.

The Role Includes:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in their learning and wellbeing
• Helping children stay focused and confident throughout the school day
• Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom routines
• Creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for learning
• Working flexibly across different schools and age groups

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and supportive approach
• Confidence to adapt to different school settings
• A genuine interest in helping children reach their potential
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
