Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)£ Supply Desk is seeking caring, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming schools in Hemel, providing personalised, one-to-one support that helps every child thrive academically and personally.
Your Role:
- Assist pupils with a range of SEND needs, supporting both learning and personal development.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored learning activities.
- Help students build key skills, confidence, and independence.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to monitor progress and adapt strategies.
- Promote an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom environment.
Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience with children with SEND (including SEMH, autism, or other additional needs) is beneficial but not essential.
- Patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about helping young learners.
