Supply Desk are currently partnering with both mainstream and SEN schools in Eastbourne to provide additional support for children with Special Educational Needs. We are seeking individuals with experience working with children with SEN, whether in or outside the classroom, who have a genuine passion for SEN education and a desire to make a difference in childrenandrsquo;s lives. We offer a range of roles, from day-to-day cover to longer-term 1:1 positions with children who require specialist support.

Sports coaching

Volunteer work
Support workers
Foster carers
Scout/Guide leaders or similar
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to:
Support children either 1:1 or in small classroom settings
Manage challenging behaviours, maintaining professionalism and adhering to the schoolandrsquo;s policies
Support children with their learning, following the class teacherandrsquo;s instructions
Engage in alternative activities outside of the classroom, such as sports or sensory play, when needed
