Supply desk is currently working with a small welcoming primary school in Brightonandnbsp;looking for a caring and supporting SEN TA to join them on a long-term basis.andnbsp;

As an SEN TA, you will be working closely with students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities. Your role will be to provide tailored support to ensure these students have every opportunity to succeed.

Your role:
- Support students with SEN both in and outside the classroom.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of individualised learning plans.
- Help to manage challenging behaviour and provide emotional support to students.
- Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the needs of SEN students.
- Promote inclusion and ensure students feel valued and supported.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the class teacher and SENCO.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.

- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) in a school setting (experience with autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties is a plus).
- A patient, compassionate, and flexible approach to working with children.
