Position: SEN Teaching Assistant / Individual Needs Assistant (SEN TA/INA)Location: HoramPay: £89.05 £100 per dayHours: 08 30Contract Type: Long-Term, Full-TimeSupply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton and Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex.We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN TA/INA to provide 1:1 support for children with a range of special educational needs across Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4.Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.Assist in developing the child s social, emotional, and communication skills.Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement strategies and learning plans.Adapt activities and materials to meet the child s specific learning needs.Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Skills and Qualities Required: Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable. • A flexible, patient approach and a passion for supporting children s development.Ability to build a trusting and supportive relationship with the child, promoting independence and confidence.Excellent communication skills.
