This role is perfect for graduates who are passionate about child development and considering careers in educational psychology, clinical psychology, teaching, or therapy. What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons that meet individual learning styles
- Working with children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Promoting emotional regulation, resilience, and independence
- Providing personal care when needed, always with dignity and respect
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and external professionals to deliver holistic support
This Role is Ideal for Psychology Graduates Who:
- Are eager to gain hands-on experience in a school setting
- Have a strong interest in child development, mental health, and inclusive education
