Key Responsibilities:

  Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with autism and associated needs

  Assist in delivering tailored learning and therapy sessions

  Help pupils develop social, communication, and life skills

  Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

  
  



• 
  

  Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent care

  
  



• 
  

  Assist with personal care routines when necessary

  Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress tracking
