Salary: andpound;90 andndash; andpound;120 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs from September. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure pupils receive tailored support that helps them thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs (1:1 or in small groups)
• Help deliver personalised learning plans and interventions
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil independence
• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and outside professionals
• Provide emotional and learning support in a calm and nurturing way

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (desirable)
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
