You will play a key role in supporting both their academic progress and emotional wellbeing in a structured and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SENSupport pupils social, emotional, and behavioural developmentAssist the class teacher in delivering adapted and engaging lessonsImplement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategiesHelp create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environmentSupport personal care needs where required (if applicable to your experience)Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in pupilsWork collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider support staff Requirements Experience in a care, support, or ..... full job details .....
