About the Role:

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. Youandrsquo;ll be providing essential support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them to access learning and build confidence in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEN
• Support learning activities tailored to individual needs
• Assist with communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (preferred)
• Patient, empathetic, and calm nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
