This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them overcome barriers to learning.The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support staff to provide individualised and targeted support, helping pupils access the curriculum, develop their confidence and make meaningful progress both academically and personally.We are looking for someone who is nurturing, adaptable and committed, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and create a calm and supportive environment where every child feels valued, included and encouraged to achieve their potential.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of Special Educational NeedsSupport pupils with needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needsAssist pupils in accessing the curriculum and participating positively in classroom activitiesBuild positive and trusting relationships with pupils, supporting their confidence, self-esteem and independencePromote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and social developmentMonitor ..... full job details .....
