Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 andndash; 15:30)

Weandrsquo;re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and nearby areas. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in the classroom.

Youandrsquo;ll be working closely with pupils who require extra supportandmdash;either one-to-one or in small groupsandmdash;helping to foster a calm, inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
• Helping children stay focused and confident throughout the school day
• Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom routines
• Creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for learning
• Adapting to different schools and age groups as needed

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and supportive approach
• Confidence in adapting to new environments
• A genuine interest in helping children reach their potential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
