SEN Teacher Assistant | Secondary school in Aston Clinton Buckingham | Long-term, Full-Time / Part-Time| Starting Date: 8^th September

Job Description:andnbsp;

• Providing one-to-one or small group supportandnbsp;for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
• Assisting the class teacherandnbsp;in delivering tailored learning activities and adapting resources to meet individual needs.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environmentandnbsp;that promotes confidence, independence, and emotional well-being.
• Monitoring and recording pupil progress, offering feedback to teachers and contributing to support plans.
• Collaborating with staff, parents, and external professionalsandnbsp;to ensure consistent and effective support.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hasandnbsp;experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a school setting (Desirable but not essential).
• Isandnbsp;patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Demonstratesandnbsp;strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Holds aandnbsp;current DBS certificateandnbsp;or is willing to obtain one.
• Is committed toandnbsp;inclusive educationandnbsp;and supporting the holistic development of every child.
