This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them to overcome barriers to learning.The successful candidate will work alongside teachers, SENCOs and support staff to provide targeted support tailored to individual pupils, helping them to access the curriculum, develop their confidence and make meaningful progress.We are looking for someone who is patient, nurturing and adaptable, with a genuine commitment to creating a positive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their potential.Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of Special Educational NeedsSupport pupils with needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needsHelp pupils access the curriculum by adapting activities and providing appropriate learning supportBuild strong, positive relationships with pupils and encourage their confidence, independence and self-esteemSupport pupils with emotional regulation, social interaction and positive behaviourMonitor pupil progress, engagement and ..... full job details .....
