We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded SEN school in Medway for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work with primary-aged pupils. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting children with a range of complex needs in a specialist setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, both in and out of the classroom
• Assist with personal care routines confidently and respectfully
• Adapt learning materials and approaches to meet individual needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
• Confidence in delivering personal care and managing challenging behaviours
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic school setting
• Relevant SEND qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
• Previous experience in a SEN school or similar environment is highly advantageous
