We are seeking caring and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils in classroom and SEND settings. You''ll work closely with teachers and SENDCos, provide one-to-one and small-group support, foster a nurturing learning environment, and live out Gospel values through compassion, patience, and service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Supporting pupils in classroom and SEND environments
Providing one-to-one and small-group assistance to enhance learning
Collaborating with teachers and SENDCos to meet individual needs
Creating a calm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere
Upholding and modelling the Catholic ethos in daily interactions
What We''re Looking For
Experience working with children, ideally in school or SEND contexts
Patient, reliable, and kind in approach
Respectful of Catholic values and enthusiastic about teamwork
Eager to grow through ongoing training and professional development
Bonus if you have:
Experience supporting pupils with SEND
Relevant TA or SEND qualifications
